• Custom-made products typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary based on production schedules, material availability, and shipping carrier timelines.
• Delays: Metals Farm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
• Metals Farm ships to most addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or arrangements.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
5. Damage During Shipping
• If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@metalsfarm.ca. Include photos of the damage for evaluation.
• We will replace or repair damaged items at no additional cost.

• Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. Metals Farm is not liable for damages, loss, or theft after delivery is confirmed.
